The
Superior Drivers Institute is located approximately
forty-five miles south of Nashville, Tennessee, in
Columbia, Tennessee, near I-65 south.
The school is housed in a 10,800
square foot building. The Driver Skills portion of the CDL training program, which includes backing up and parallel parking, uses approximately 2 1/2 acres of the 10 acre site. The school utilizes approximately 2,000 square feet for classrooms,
offices, and including three handicapped-equipped restrooms. The dock area has 8,000
square feet with twenty-two dock doors.
The property has two entrances which are
bordered by two streets. It is
across from the entrance to the Columbia Industrial Park. The Park connects
with the bypass, which accesses I-65 and I-840, allowing students to learn to
drive on major roads without having to drive through local neighborhoods.
